The crew of the Frederick Dining Room of Myers Hall did it again! They labored mightily and produced a luau on Labor Day that would have made King Kamehameha of Hawaii proud. We were served island specialties topped by pulled pork from a pig cooked in the courtyard of the dining room.(They started cooking the pig on Sunday) The staff were dressed in Island costumes and presented each diner with colorful leis. The drink of the day was an island Mai Tai with all the fruit adornments.
Richard, Erin & Johnette with the wait staff made everything move like clockwork. Billy and his staff kept the goodies coming on time and delicious.
All in all, it was a superb performance by a professional and caring management, wait and kitchen staff. Our thanks to the Frederick Dining Room personnel.
